The New York Law School community mourns the passing of Professor Rudolph J.R. Peritz. A member
of the NYLS community for nearly
30 years, Professor Peritz was a cherished faculty member whose scholarship in antitrust, computer law, and intellectual property contributed significantly to the prestige of the Law School. News of his passing came just as New York Law School Magazine was going to press. The Law school invites alumni and friends to share their remembrances of him by writing to magazine@nyls.edu. Plans for a memorial service are underway. •
