On behalf of the faculty, administration, and Trustees of New York Law School, I am pleased to present you with our second annual report on the Law School’s progress and outcomes in relation to the goals set forth in our 2013 Strategic Plan.
As you will see, NYLS continues to distinguish itself in bold and innovative ways, helping to shape a new era in legal education amid sweeping changes in the profession.
Over the past year, New York Law School has continued to work aggressively to reintroduce itself as New York’s law school and has taken the necessary steps to maximize the wealth of opportunities available for students, alumni, and faculty by virtue of our location in the world’s capital. as a result, nYlS’s efforts have earned the institution great visibility and recognition in virtually every area from academic programming and practical training, to student and alumni engagement, diversity, career placement, faculty thought leadership, and fundraising.
We are proud of the groundbreaking work that has been accomplished and recognize the great opportunities that lie ahead of us. as we step forward to seize them, we will continue to be guided by a deep commitment to excellence, transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness in everything we do.
