as the “2016 Lawyer of the Year,” for Medical Malpractice Law— Plaintiffs in the New York City-area in September 2015. Only a single lawyer in each practice area in the NYC metro area is selected by their peers as “Lawyer of the Year.”
Hon. Judith B. Scheindlin was featured in the Washington Post article, “The lasting appeal of TV’s top woman: Judge Judy,” in March 2015. She was also named to the Forbes inaugural list of the nation’s 50 richest self-made women in May 2015.

Joseph S. Tesoriero joined Barfresh Food Group, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in May 2015. Tesoriero has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance leadership positions. Most recently, he served as a financial advisor
to Dole Asia Holdings Pte Ltd., a Singapore-based wholly owned subsidiary of Itochu Corporation of Japan.
1979 Hon. Joan M. Azrack was named
by President Obama, in September 2014, to fill a vacancy as District Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and was confirmed in December 2014. She was previously a U.S. Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District.
Hon. Jonah I. Triebwasser was elected
as third Vice President of the New York
State Magistrates Association.
Triebwasser was also honored by The John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the
City University of New York as one of its 50 most distinguished alumni on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the college’s founding in May 2015.
