Cecilia I. Lassiter joined Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. as a real estate lawyer in June 2015. Lassiter is an associate in the Newark,

Brian W. Schroeder joined Vanguard Medical Group, P.A. as executive director of operations
in March 2015. Schroeder joined Vanguard from Barnabas Health Medical Group where he served as Regional Director of Physicians Practices at Beth Israel Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of New Jersey, both in Newark, New Jersey.

Julie A. Nociolo joined the chambers of Justice Leslie E. Stein to help her transition to the New York State Court of Appeals. She served as one of the judge’s clerks for the Court’s February 2015 session and then returned to her position as Court Attorney.
2013
Robert C. Carroll’s The Believers was featured in a special reading at the Brooklyn Academy of Music’s Fisher Building in Brooklyn,
New York in February 2015.
The Believers (a political thriller set during the first few hours of
a Primary Day) had its world premiere at The Storm Theatre in the fall of 2014.
2012
Joshua D. Brookstein joined Sahn Ward Coschignano, PLLC as an associate in November 2015. Brookstein concentrates his practice in litigation and appeals, criminal defense, zoning and land use, and municipal law.
Stephen Harding was elected
to the Connecticut House of Representatives in a special election in February 2015. Harding is serving his first term on Brookfield, Connecticut’s Board of Education. He is an attorney at Dean L. Lewis Law Offices in Danbury, Connecticut. He served briefly as a member
of the town’s Zoning Board of Appeals in 2013.
Division, First Department in Shannon M. Henderson was
August 2015. The committee establishes qualifying criteria for marshal candidates, identifies
and recruits candidates, and recommends qualified individuals for appointment by the Mayor.
Jason Kreps joined Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti LLP as an associate in the government enforcement, compliance, white collar litigation, and health care practice groups in March 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Kreps was in private practice in New York City.
Kimberly Sofia was named to the transition team for Clarkstown, New York Supervisor-elect George Hoehmann in November 2015. The goal of the team will be to form a strategy for a smooth transition for Hoehmann.

Jessica L. Richardson was elected to the Town Council
in New Milford, Connecticut
in November 2015. She is
an advocate for people with disabilities at the Western Connecticut Association for Human Rights. Since returning to New Milford, Richardson has been involved in addressing issues facing the town as a member of the Democratic Town Committee and has served as the Platform Committee Chair for the DTC.
Kevin Timson published an article, “Uses and implications
of virtual data room features for corporate real estate due diligence,” 5 Corporate Real Estate Journal 21 (May 2015).
Matthew S. Rheingold joined
the Trusts and Estates/Taxation Department of Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito & Frost, P.C.
as an associate in August 2015. Rheingold concentrates his practice on trust and estate planning, estate administration, and tax controversy matters.

Jacquelynn Guzman and Veronica A. Przygocki were appointed Assistant District Attorneys by the Bronx District Attorney’s Office in September 2015.
Helen T. Quigley was named an associate to the New York office of Thompson & Knight LLP in the Real Estate and Banking Practice Group in September 2015. •
