n offered approximately 30,000 hours of experiential training in the form of externships across a wide array

n initiated a new alternative dispute resolution (adr) Skills Program that emphasizes skills and hands-on 
experience in negotiating, drafting, mediating, and arbitrating deals and conlicts.
